Anheuser-Busch is investing $4.2 million into its Williamsburg brewery to upgrade manufacturing equipment and improve efficiency, building on last year’s $6.5 million investment. 2nd Sundays Art & Music Festival Kicks Off with Wilder Horses Tribute Band 🎶🎶
The 2nd Sundays Art & Music Festival kicks off its 16th season this Sunday, with a special kickoff concert on Saturday by the Rolling Stones tribute band Wilder Horses at the Kimball Theatre. The free, family-friendly event will feature over 180 artisans, live music, food trucks, and more every second Sunday through December, with performances from local acts like Dara James & the Soul Disciples and The Irish Drinking Band. Jamestown-Scotland Ferry Celebrates 100 Years of Service with Special Crossing
The Jamestown-Scotland Ferry celebrated its 100th anniversary with a special crossing on February 26, 2025, honoring its founder Capt. Albert Jester and the legacy of the ferry system. The celebration included reenactments with classic cars, speeches, and historical displays, marking a century of service for Virginia’s only 24-hour, state-run ferry. More information

National Park Service Cuts Staff at Colonial Historical Park Amid Layoffs🏕️🏕️

Greater Williamsburg Tax-Aide is once again operating out of both library locations (Williamsburg Library on Scotland Street as well as the James City County Library on Croaker Road).
