Warning Period Begins for James City County School Zone Speed Cameras 📸📸
James City County is starting a 30-day warning period for new speed cameras in seven school zones, where violators will receive mailed warnings without fines. Beginning Oct. 8, drivers going more than 10 mph over the limit will get civil citations with fines but no license points or insurance penalties. Learn More
