State of Virginia, Utilities Accepting Applications for Heating Bill Assistance 🔥🔥
Virginia residents who qualify, regardless of county, can apply for heating bill assistance this winter season. Applications for fuel assistance are being accepted until the second Friday in November, the 15th. The application window for crisis assistance equipment upgrades is Nov. 1 through March 15. It is $20 per kid and includes a pet-themed educational activity, a movie, popcorn, and pizza. Kids will also get a chance to meet some adoptable pets from HHS. Open to all children ages 6 - 12 years old. Enjoy an evening out while your kid(s) enjoy a fun movie night with us! Pajamas are welcome, but not required. We encourage the kids to bring their favorite blankets and pillow with them and a refillable water bottle. 100% of the proceeds benefit the homeless pets at HHS. Spots are limited, so sign up today!
